Stage Combat for Stage and Screen

When is it ok to thump, kick and punch someone? Well we might just have the answer. Learn the skilled technique of stage combat with professional Stage and Combat Instructor Philip Rafferty. Stage Combat is a key skill for an actor as it is used in countless productions for stage, film and TV. Philip has facilitated Stage Combat training to many companies, including the Lyric Theatre with its hit show; Good Vibrations. All welcome.

Acting Through Song -

Mary Frances Loughran trained in musical theatre at The Royal Academy of Music in London, where she was the recipient of the Sir Cameron Mackintosh Foundation Scholarship.

Mary Frances will be exploring ‘Acting through Song’ using her experience as an accomplished musical theatre actress performing all over the UK.

Thomas Martin has been a Rainbow tutor since Jan 2019.

As a former Rainbow Factory member he values not only the performance, but the life skills Rainbow gave to him in his younger years. In this session Thomas will explore tricks and tips to help any actor prepare for any role.
