Tues 4th August 3-4pm
Learn to get your groove on, to make your mind and body smile, so you leave feeling good on the inside and outside. Find what feels good for your body and mind, let the dance lead to a happier, more smiley you. Charmaine is qualified in youth work, sociology and performing arts. Her passion for dance and experience in community and healthcare settings creates a safe space to explore and move with ease.
The Art of Stretching and Strengthening
Mon 3rd August 2-3pm
With a first class degree in dance, Janie Doherty is an expert on how to look after and enhance the potential of the body. In this session Janie will work through poses inspired by yoga, pilates and dance conditioning. Through these exercises you will learn to strengthen, lengthen and eventually relax the muscles in preparation for performance. All welcome no matter ability.
Virtual Flashmob -

Bring the Fringe festival to a spectacular close and let’s make this one of the largest online flashmobs ever! Led by Cheryl and the talented Monday Night Dance crew.
JUMP IN and get involved by following these 4 easy steps:
1. Get familiar with the routine by watching the Juicy Wiggle dance videos, located in the DANCE area of our website.
2. Join Cheryl for a virtual flashmob rehearsal on Zoom- Thurs 4.30 – 5.30pm (If you can’t make it still join the Live event on Saturday)
3. Perform the Juicy Wiggle flashmob LIVE with Cheryl, on Zoom – Saturday at 3pm
4. The live flashmob will be recorded and edited into a cool video by our professional editor Lauren and released, bringing entertainment and joy to thousands of audience members
