Self Care September
September is self care month. Self-care is anything you do to take care of yourself so you can stay physically, mentally, and emotionally well. Its benefits are better physical, mental, and emotional health and well-being. Research suggests self-care promotes positive health outcomes, such as fostering resilience, living longer, and becoming better equipped to manage stress.
Below is a self care diary for the month of September, with some great ideas to practice daily, while encouraging your groups of young people to do the same.

Hi Rainbow Family!
I’m just thinking back over all our amazing shows! Wow! How brilliant they were - standing ovations, the profound influence on audiences, full houses! I cannot wait until we are in rehearsing again, in our beloved, beautiful Rainbow Theatre! To all of you, I hope you are keeping well, being beacons of love light and peace to the people around you - If you are far away from someone you love, like say Granny - maybe send her some photos and a handwritten letter by POST! I sent post to my wee Daddy recently and he loved it! Can’t wait to see you soon, keep singing, dancing and having a laugh where you can!
